Are you using an old browser, such as IE6 (Internet Explorer 6)?

The internet and web standards (as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium) have changed greatly over the years and old browsers such as IE6 have not kept up. IE6 for example was initially released in 2001 and has since been superseded by several new and improved versions which better support modern web standards. IE6 also contains many known security flaws, as such Microsoft recommend all IE6 users update to the latest version of Internet Explorer. The intervening period has also seen major advances in competing browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera. If your school computers still use old browsers we recommend petitioning the relevant department or authorities to update your browsers as soon as possible.

Are you using a mobile device, such as a mobile phone?

CensusAtSchool is optimised for the screen size of the average desktop/laptop computer, smaller devices such as mobile phones may struggle with CensusAtSchool.
